Who are we? Guy Willett, Kenton Cool & friends. We are both IFMGA and British Mountain Guides. This is the highest possible qualification, and a legal requirement to guide in the Alps. Click on "your guides" to find out what we get up to. All our guides are personally chosen by us for their ability, personality and approach to ensure a great Dream Guides experience. Our approach We offer a friendly and personal service. We are passionate about what we do and think this comes through in our guiding! Our goal is to make your mountain holiday or adventure the best you've had...if you are not having fun, neither are we! We can't guarantee achieving your goals but we will try our very best to (and usually do!). Where are we? We are based in Chamonix, at the foot of Mont Blanc. We not only have expert knowledge of the fantastic local skiing and climbing, but also nearby Switzerland and Italy aswell. Private Guiding Our guides are available throughout the year for Private Guiding, anywhere in the alps. Dates & Bespoke options Our published dates don't suit you? Let us know, we can usually accommodate you, particularly if you are a group booking. Skiing? We are off-piste and backcountry and ski mountaineering specialists. Beyond the Alps? We run mountaineering expeditions to Cho Oyu (8201m) and Everest (8850m) and Steep and Deep backcountry ski expeditions to Alaska and Arctic Norway. We have over 30 expeditions experience all round the world Accommodation All our Chamonix based courses and Private Guiding benefit from staying in one of our cosy Adventure Base chalets with breakfast and packed lunch included. These chalets are all literally within 6 minutes walk of Chamonix centre's restaurants, shops and bars, so you can make the most of your time in Chamonix! Flexible, any dates packages in chalets or central appartments, with or without catering are also available... and if you don't want any accommodation, no problem - just let us know! Travel info & General Advice will be emailed to you on request or booking. This includes advice on getting to chamonix (or other course base), clothing, equipment, training, what to expect,and hopefully anything else you may want to know! Any other queries? Get in touch! Environment We like the mountains!
