Ski Antarctic Peninsula
Skiing in Antarctica must be in every ski mountaineer's dreams. A true wilderness with epic ski descents, many of which have never been skied, and a real adventure from start to finish.
Sailing from Ushaia in Argentina and crossing Drakes Passage is just the start. Living on board the boat, admiring the scenery and plentiful marine-life, and then accessing the coastal mountains by surmounting the edge of the Ice Shelf are all unforgettable aspects to this expedition. And then there is the skiing...
We will be looking to ski some stunning peaks and lines visible from the boat - many of which are likely to be first descents.
We are planning to run this expedition over 3 weeks in November/December 2011.
If you are interested please get in touch and register your interest. This trip will have a carefully selected team and everyone will have skied with us before.
